Brightest Day picks up right where the Blackest Night left off. It follows the lives of the newly reborn heroes and villains. (Mainly following The Flash, Aquaman, Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Hawk and Dove, Deadman, Firestorm, and Martian Manhunter.) Most are trying to re-acclimate themselves to the land of the living. Others are trying to figure out why they have been brought back and what their purpose is now. And what is with the new white rings and white lantern? The search for answers will shape their futures.
